No, we do not allow pets in any of our properties.

If you need to cancel your booking, our policy depends on how far in advance you let us know:

• More than 6 weeks before arrival: You’ll receive a full refund of any payments made (for direct bookings through our website).
   
• 6 weeks or less before arrival: We’ll try to re-let the dates. If successful, you’ll be refunded the amount we were able to re-let, minus a £50 administration fee. If we can’t re-let, the amount you paid is non-refundable, though your damage deposit (if paid) will be returned.
   

We also strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Please note this only applies to Direct Bookings and not those made via a separate Booking Platform such as Air BnB or Booking.com

Yes — we do have an EV charger.

You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle on-site during your stay, making it easy to explore Anglesey and beyond without worry.

Yes — we are very child-friendly!

Our holiday lets are designed with families in mind, offering plenty of space to play and explore. We can provide travel cots, high chairs, Children's Cutlery and Board Games and Books, along with the park and a games room to keep little ones entertained.

Whether it’s meeting our friendly sheep, toasting marshmallows by the chiminea, or enjoying nearby family attractions, there’s lots for children to see and do — making our place perfect for a memorable family getaway.

We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible however this does depend on our cleaning schedule and other bookings, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to arrive early or depart later, and we’ll confirm if it’s available. Maybe subject to additional charges.
